Australia’s second largest telco Optus has launched a new campaign - A G’day a Day - in response to the COVID-19 crisis, aimed at encouraging social interaction and to increase “positivity and optimism” at a time of uncertainty and isolation.
Optus is stepping up efforts to grab a bigger share of the small business market with the establishment of a dedicated new SMB call centre in Adelaide and expansion of its team of business specialists in retail stores, call centres and business centres across Australia. It is also using Olympian Ian Thorpe to front the SMB campaign.
